  1. Did we fake the Moon Landings? Not a chance IMO - we can only just fake it believably now with the tech we have, but back in the 60's not a hope in hell...

  5. The disappointing bit for me is that so little has been achieved since Apollo 17 in December 1972--the last moon landing flight. By now I had hoped we would already have a long established Moonbase and manned Mars flights.

  6. Tank is as follows: Height 215mm Depth 225mm Width 1070mm There's a corner nibbled off at the top across the width that reduces the capacity a bit. On top of the height there are a few bits that project higher like the burp vent pipework and chamber and the filler neck. Tank is pretty well baffled as standard but I think a lot of folk spend large amounts of cash on fancy new tanks with even better baffles...

  7. I'll have to skip this sorry. I'm out on Sunday helping sort out the stuff for Stoneleigh 2017.. Two days away in one weekend may involve a ceremonial burning of the remaining Westfield weekend pass outs.

  9. You are correct. I was trying to be 21st century and keeping it as environmentally friendly as possible. Ritual burning of long boats weren't burials either. Tell you what, leave the words Viking and Burial out of it and just have it crushed whilst we watch it on a pod cast from our living rooms with a cuppa and a custard cream

  12. I've still got a plan up my sleeve... I was looking at this from Webcon and it seems to be just a cylinder with this pump inside. No idea yet what the costs involved will be to create the cylinder, but it would save me from throwing away the fuel pump I already have. Would need to modify my tank to include the return, but that doesn't sound like a major cost....

  13. OK, I watched it. Having worked in TV for over 30 years, I have something of an appreciation of what you can do with a carefully timed cross-fade and a stab at shot matching, let alone how you can change a narrative by simply re-ordering shots and sound bites. Without any evidence of timelines on that footage, it shows nothing IMO. The chosen interpretation is even more bizarre and improbable than the "how many suns" pictures. I'll need better evidence than this to change my opinion. The simplest explanation is often the truth. They went to the moon.

  15. Here's one to consider. If governments are spending VAST sums of money to create and perpetuate these lies and conspiracies, why would they let all that time, money and effort be undermined by ordinary folk armed with other people's videos, photos, the Internet and PowerPoint? Surely they would use their powers to silence such people however it was necessary in order to help keep the secret safe, not let them go on and on in public places. It would be incredibly cheap to do so compared to the cost of the "secret". At the moment, I've got a big secret and I'm working very hard to keep it safe (well, I'm keeping my mouth shut, which in my case is very hard). If it appears in the Winter issue of Westfield World, I'll know Peter Osborne has twigged it and has to be silenced. If you see a new editor in place for no obvious reason in the Spring issue, you'll know he's been "taken care of". Chairman Lizard
