  7. Normal advice is in front of the passenger seat, on the floor; can make getting in and out a little trickier, and obviously makes it harder to move the seat, if your not careful. Obviously, quite a few mount it on the rear bulkhead, over the tunnel, between the seats. But you normally get a load of posts warning of the dangers of it coming loose in an accident - "they fly forwards, bounce off the windscreen and come back at you!"

  11. The real trouble is there are huge resources thrown at the "thick tw*ts" to try and make them less "thick" generally with little of no benefit, if that same resource was thrown at the average kid we as a country would benefit to a far greater extent.

  16. The Llanberis Pass is up there as one of my favourite roads, mountains on both sides makes you feel really small, just watch out for sheep on the road because you will be gawping upwards. After this turn left to Capel Curig and left again onto the A5 along the Nant Ffrancon Pass past the Ogwen Valley towards Bethesda.

  18. One good reason to use a credit card for pay up front orders. Even if you get stung for the extra few percent they usually add on. If you have a problem then the credit card company sort out the refund. Suppliers never argue with them.
