Can only echo what everyone else has said. Great day Friday. Being a complete novice on tracks there was plenty who were helpful and gave some advice, and put my mind at rest about doing one. Nice to put some more faces to names as well.

We are going to support the Speed Series and watch the sprinting at Blyton Park on Sunday 10th July. If you want to travel up with us we are meeting at 10am at MacDonalds on Junction 30, M1. I am having a deja vu moment now because I said this last week and nobody came, but you are all coming this weekend aren't you? If you want to meet us there we expect to arrive around 11 ish, but of course there will be plenty of Westfield action already going on. It has forecast showers all weekend but we are going no matter what the weather, it just means we might go in the tin top if we get up to rain on Sunday morning. Who is coming along?

Absolutely fantastic couple of days. Thursday night was nice and quiet on site, but very sociable. The overnight rain was not great! Fridays trackday was brilliant Friday night GF meal was very good Today the weather was awful this morning, but I did a couple of hours marshalling in the paddock which was enjoyable. I left at lunchtime after the rain stopped. It was really nice to meet some club members from other areas and spend some time with them all. Everyone was great company. Did I say that I had a great day? Fabulous fun on a great track to pop my track day cherry on. Cracking meal with GF and the speed series boys and excellent company. Oh yes, I've had a great day! PS thanks to Adam for the instruction - made a huge difference to my enjoyment of the track
