Just spent the morning on the rollers and I've now got a new car Found a broken wire on the TPS which didn't help but after that was sorted and new jets fitted and a couple of hours fettling she's running like a dream.. Just need to hide the bill from SWMBO LOL

Did I say that I had a great day? Fabulous fun on a great track to pop my track day cherry on. Cracking meal with GF and the speed series boys and excellent company. Oh yes, I've had a great day! PS thanks to Adam for the instruction - made a huge difference to my enjoyment of the track

FreeWheel Update - just wanted to report that I've just completed a 3,000 miles in 10 days Euro Tour and my 8 button FreeWheel performed faultlessly throughout - many thanks Mike.

We are going to support the Speed Series and watch the sprinting at Blyton Park on Sunday 10th July. If you want to travel up with us we are meeting at 10am at MacDonalds on Junction 30, M1. I am having a deja vu moment now because I said this last week and nobody came, but you are all coming this weekend aren't you? If you want to meet us there we expect to arrive around 11 ish, but of course there will be plenty of Westfield action already going on. It has forecast showers all weekend but we are going no matter what the weather, it just means we might go in the tin top if we get up to rain on Sunday morning. Who is coming along?

1) Delete all browsing history from your computer 2) Make sure there are obvious signs you've been doing something else all day (leave the hoover out, some old paint brushes etc etc) 3) Make sure that ANY parts you order for the Westie will be delivered while you alone are in and lastly, as you will inevitably be found out (how do I know ) then have a convincing explanation that it's the only solution and it will save money in the long run !!

I'm very pleased to report that both my damper and ITB's arrived yesterday in good shape. The parts look great and I very much look forward to getting everything installed and the car on the road. dave

I was once told by a Cobra buff that replicas became so good AC stopped making real ones. Seems customers complained no one would believe they'd bought a real one when you could buy a replica of better quality for half the price!
