I am the same. I will never repeatedly chase a supplier as a customer. If they don't return calls then I go elsewhere. It's not old fashioned its sensible. I wanted to buy a Ginetta car a few years ago. I even visited the factory and afterwards they didn't reply to answer some pretty basic questions so that put that idea to bed !! It takes seconds to reply to an email ... even if just a courtesy holding reply.3 points
