  1. Yes, very funny Mr Quinten! I do have good news though, it's just that I have been on a little holiday this week, in my car of course. So, here is a sneak preview, I am working tomorrow but first thing Saturday morning I will sort it all out. I will include the fixings with the badge.

  6. Andrew, it is getting interesting already with your little story. The TULIP route book points out interesting places so the hotel may be part of the day. I have been allowed to reserve 5 places, so after you, there is only one place left. Look forward to seeing you again. Julie

  11. I have a tonneau that goes over my locking boot box. Bought it from the factory. 16 years ago though

  12. Ooh forgot to mention, boot areas aside, the factory does a different version of tonneau depending if you have a windscreen or aeroscreened, they're also different if you have a standard roll bar or an RAC bar with extra cut outs for the back stays, and the seat back pockets fit standard Sport Seats, but would need changing for Sport Turbo or JK's or Westfield Race Seats.

  13. Not sure what you mean? Are you saying you have traditional style bodywork and the (optional) locking boot box lid, and you want a tonneau that will go over the top of it as well? If so, I don't think such a thing exists, unless anyone has had one made as a one-off. Or or do you mean you have FW bodywork, with the new style rear? If all you want is a tonneau cover for the passenger compartment, it's probably easier just to get one made. You'll be surprised at how reasonable a lot of the local trimmers are. I know people that have had various custom ton days made for their cars, and the price hasn't been that different to the one size fits all factory options. In fact, in at least one case, it was cheaper!

  15. I've just received an email from the organiser and it's looking good for all that are on the list to get in, bringing our total to 10! This should make for a great Club stand! It'll still be great to see any other members at the event .. and you never know, we might be able to squeeze you in, lol! It was emphasised that we should get on site comfortably before 09:00am - you have been warned! Alastair and Matt can just fall out of their (separate) beds at 08:50am, you lucky devils!
