  4. I'm sure this thread will have been done before, but time for a reboot... What track makes your blood pump behind the wheel. In the 80's (the greatest ever decade) I was delivering cars for a rental company and I had a mix tape (anybody under 40 will need to google what a tape / cassette is...) and the one (extremely naff) track that got the blood pumping was... Holding out for a Hero (Bonnie Tyler) https://youtu.be/8fpjuoKhfJo Rediculously fast drum track... So, is there a track that makes you squeeze the right pedal..?

  5. I'm after two things, a half hood type thing that attaches to the top of my Caged cage to keep the worst of the weather off (I see westfield themselves do one, was wondering whether there were any other options), and a cockpit cover just like this one for a Caterham: http://www.softbitsshop.co.uk/long-nose-shower-cap---door-mounted-mirrors-776-p.asp Maybe this one would fit a Westie too? Anyone's experience and ideas on these is appreciated! Craig.

  7. If the carbon centrecaps don't go with the wheels I'd be interested in them to go on a set of CXR 13" compomotives. Give me a shout if they don't sell. Cheers Rae

  8. My favourite line ever, "sharks in spaaace " send in the Muppet show "Pigs in space" style! The low point; Jedwood not getting eaten. Grrrrr.

  13. Well done Julie, I'm glad you made the rain stay away that long! It was pouring down at our place by 10am!

  14. Excellent, for about the last month I have been moaning that the View New Content button is not working like it used to. The same has happened to me. Fixed in 5 seconds, thank you.

  15. A nice run out today, even if a bit moist at the end! - Just about got through Buxton when it started raining, called in at the Cat and Fiddle to put the roof up and grab a coffee. Then on home in heavy rain. Glad you managed to get to see some of the show before the rain arrived!

  18. They are N3946 on both sides. Passenger side is still a snug fit with my MT75 box. Main problem I had was finding one side had different runners to the other. I had to do a bit of fudging until I get a replacement runner set for the passenger side. Even so I sit lower down now which is good and they weigh 6.4kg each compared to 8.6kg for the old ones. Steering wheel next

  21. Hi Q, if you're using the filler cap as a breather you need to pull all that wire mesh out, it gets clogged and causes this when pressure builds.

  25. After moving to the middle east, it's £20 for a full tank of fuel so why not bimble about in a 4.2L supercharged V8 with 420bhp as your daily driver?

  26. There area whole load of new features availble in a future major relase that will be installed here sometime in the summer. I'm currently doing some testing with a pre-release candidate.

  27. Surprisingly good - in fact I struggle to notice any wear difference to summer tyres. Don't do many miles though... BUT they are clearly not as grippy as summer tyres when the weather is warmer. Still delaying judgement though as there is admittedly a chance I've knackered their cold weather performance through temperature cycling, but never heard of this being a problem. Btw, they're great as well when it comes to generally crappy wet weather too as the water clearing capabilities are really quite astonishing. Will probably change them in spring but this year's weather and various other things taking my time meant they stayed on until the point where I thought, sod it, might as well leave them now. In the snow, when it comes to hills or stopping, they make my RWD car more confidence inspiring that Mrs Coyote's 4x4 on standard tyres... even hill starts on snow dispatched with ease. Don't overtake 5mph crawlers though, they don't like it at all. Must be dangerous to go faster than they are... Must stop now: sounding like winter tyre fanboy.
