  1. No carpets here either, but I do need to remove some of this other stuff to get the weight down

  2. Just a quicknote for fellow members with Weber carbs. I am currently 85% through my rebuild (SE live axle) I had read up regarding the correct jetting for my twin 40s but, felt it was going to get expensive with out starting from a good base. I have a 1.6 crossflow, mildly tuned to use as a road car to blat and enjoy. Anyways to cut to the chase I spoke to Steve at NMS I told him what I had,and he gave me the benefit of his experience. The result is I now have a car that runs as it should, a big thanks then to Steve at NMS.

  3. Scott was actually in the bike section looking at one of these... But then he saw one of us and 'realised' he was in for the ignition bits he 'needed'...

  4. Yup , been watching some of this , thought our girls were terrific and was surprised at the skill level and some of the quality football being played , very hard luck against the Nipponese team they would very easily have gone on to win IMO if it wasnt for cruel luck And far better than watching the overpaid wimpy mens footy

  6. I've been running black outdoor cat5e cable around my bungalow, Stuart- not too bad with a long 8mm SDS bit straight through the wall. I lost patience with previous power line network across multiple MCB's and decided to change to proper cables...

  8. PoE can not work over powerline as powerline only transports the ethernet protocol. You can buy standalone injectors though, so in combination with powerline, it *should* work. I'm not a big fan of powerline though, so I won't recommend them

  9. I have got this setup http://domarsolutions.co.uk/4x-1080p-60m-ir-cut-cam-full-hd-8-ch-recorder-complete-poe-ip-p2p-qr-cctv-system-3609.html The NVR isn't bad for the price. The cameras can be viewed on a PC independently from the NVR

  10. They're rock solid. Not had the NVR for long, but the cameras are 2 years old and have never left me wanting more.

  11. I looked at Westfield, but at the time they were only offering the modular build and I couldn't afford the 2 first modules they wanted me to buy. I ended up building a GBS Zero. They are very similar chassis wise but I was able to buy a starter kit and then the parts as I could afford them. However, like Westfield, GBS have supply issues. i am not sure any of the kit manufacturers can afford to have parts departments fully stocked and as long as you accept that, or can source parts elsewhere, you will be fine. GBS have no build manual but loads of build blogs online to help. The factory were also very happy to help. Another option is the Roadrunner SR2, it has some very good reviews.
