  3. I let somebody put a very well presented A4 sheet of paper with a typed description and photos for a covered trailer on the table, just applied the same principal as if it was a car part. This could be the way forward for larger items?

  4. My new mirrors arrived and for the moment I've just replaced like for like this does mean they are mounted 'up side down', but to get them 'right way up' I would have to mount them lower. I'll keep them like this until I've at least tried them out

  8. Sometimes you do have to pay for what you get. The only time you will really know is when things go wrong. When I was burgled, we are with NFU, they did exactly what the advertise, no quibbles sorted out the claim. Now if they were a few pounds more I would still pay that extra from my experience it was worth it.

  9. Ta Rab - had trouble with the link at work but sussed it now! You've missed John off of the list though. I think Alastair might be coming too, so will ask him to confirm. Dunno about Steve, as it's a bit of a trek for him at the moment but will check. Matt

  14. We all agreed the McDonald's at Broxden roundabout just off the a93 was best. Junction 12 on the m90 then rhs of a93. There is fuel there also. All going well I should be there.

  17. Its taken some time but my Westfield replacement project had finally made it across the pond. Bought unseen it's turned out to be in much better order than I thought, very tempting to take in a couple of sprints before I start a restoration but I must stick to the plan. Just for the record it's a 1974 Lola T340 Formula Ford

  19. I've been watching the Knockhill website, and they look to be doing far more open pitlane full days than they used to.. their trackday calendar only goes up to March so far, ... we need to see what dates they chose in the warmer months.
