Not sure on your size of company but I have always outsourced to a local independent HR specialist So I would get an independent second opinion - at least you will know if your HR advisor is thinking of the best outcome for the employer - given there's never really a winner in these situations2 points

what you mean dave , he was not right in the head I had no end of agro off him including insults ,threats ,sending me pictures of his bank statements etc he even found my ebay account and bid stupid amounts on all 13 of my ebay items I had for sale , took me hours to delete his bids and block him , I believe a few others had similar dealings with him he was one to steer clear off nice car though1 point

I have a narrow ralph, And i would say they wont fit I had exactly the same seats as you (not stalking, i see the pedal box post!!) They fetched a good price on ebay i got over 100 quid for them I now have JK's which fit, feel and look fantastic a worthy upgrade in my opinion.. Cheers Greggs..1 point
