Unfortunately there seem to be a lot of dreamers / time wasters out there. I have had three people say they will have it after lengthy email exchanges about what is and what is not included etc etc and then don't hear from them again. I am not too worried as I will probably just build over the winter myself if it doesn't sell.1 point
