That's why John Lewis are such a good store to deal with. All the staff are shareholders and nothing is too much trouble (in my experience) However, we demand the lowest price and we get the lowest service.2 points

I think the Competition Secretary would like it if many drivers he deals with were in a full cage. Nothing to do with Westfields at all, just that he'd prefer at least the more troublesome ones were kept safely locked up in a cage somewhere.1 point
