You'll have to explain this to me. Does a dangerous road have great big jaws with very large and sharp teeth. Or do they act like a boa-constrictors and wrap themselves around you. I've never see a dangerous road, only drivers who drive too fast for the conditions and beyond their capability.

Just sent in my first effort

I heard at the rugby club yesterday that when a lady member was asked is she was doing Movember she replied " no but I am doing Fanuary"

Well my new job does not start until 21st January 2013. My previous employers lease company picked up my company car this morning, so I was tintopless for a few hours. I rang my new employer to wish them happy new year and touch base etc. During conversation they told me the car is on order and due shortly, if it arrives before I start I can have it I then dropped into the conversation that my car had gone back today. No problem he says, you can borrow the truck until your car arrives. So I now have a Mitsubishi L200 Warrior 5 seat pick up jobby sat on the drive to tide me over Very obliging considering I dont even work for them yet

That's the problem. The jobs are there, but the right people aren't. As Jeff said, it's the policy of sending 50% to Uni that's at the root of the problem. It's difficult sorting wheat from chaff.
