Unfortunately a Movember needs to be freshly shaved on the first of November and a un trimmed moustache. Handle bars are optional. The use of dye or macara is strictly forbidden. Your contestant has a full beard and I doubt it was grown in a month. Amazing effort though. But like taking a BDR engined, carbon fibre, caterham to a un modified factory produced car event for hot hatches. Clearly amazing and will win, but just slightly out side of the regulations. Hahaha.
