  1. Hello all, been lurking on this forum for the past 12 months or so but due to a house move earlier this year have had to wait to get a westie so done a fair amount of research. I had to sell my beloved modified exige s for my house move and has been agonising going through a summer with no real toy. So I'm soon to be searching for my perfect (well as much as budget dictates) westie as have wanted one for a long time. I am currently preparing an advert for my E39 M5 which I need to sell first but is a great car so hopefully it will sell quickly. Great forum you have here so look forward to more learning and involvement. P.S if anyone fancies an M5 in a PX for a Westie then let me know

  5. I've discovers R2 in the last couple of years once R1 made a concerted effort to get rid of the over 30s. I really like Chris Evans but I liked him in the past, but I was much less mature myself when he was on R1! I also like Simon Mayo's show in the way home. Steve Wright, on the odd occasion I hear some of his show, can be ok. The last time I caught any of it was 10 minutes of astrology crap though.

  6. I laid my tiles this morning. I remembered the camera just after I had started Tyre Plucks And all done I am very pleased with the result, and the tiles stay nicely in place when parking the Westfield on them.

  7. If for use in the Westy, see if you can get one that accepts itinnery (ITN files) as you can then plot a route using backroads of your choosing in google, load onto sat nav and drive the route. Both road trips I've been on have used this and its a great way to travel.

  9. Yes agree. Also the introduction of list 1B tyres to the event roadgoing classes is now the main problem. In the days of 1A it was much simpler.

  10. Great thread, I'm slightly surprised at the result Barry. 247 is a powerful westy but not that unusual, it just goes to show what an exceptional season you've had, remember kids, its not all about massive power... but I hope it helps! Superb gesture from NMS, well done all.
