When i decided to go ahead and by my Westie i looked all over the place, spoke to god knows how many people selling theres plus dealers too! One chap off here was selling one i enquired about and he was selling to buy a Lotus!!!!! He said to me that the usual progression is to move to a Lotus then most arrive back at a Westie! Is this the norm? I only ask as Cleggy is looking at a possible change looking at a post i just read!

They're different material. Fire blankets tend to harden when exposed to extreme temperature and aren't designed to retain heat over prolonged period. However, it'll depend on what your application is .. if it's moderate heat then it should be suffice.

I bought this camera for another car but thought it would be fun to try it on the Westy so fitted it at the weekend to the roll bar for a Sunday blat on some of my local roads in the fine weather. It uses GoPro Hero 2 tech inside but also has GPS so you can trace where you've been and G force sensors. Make sure you set the YouTube quality setting to 1080P! Have to admit that the original footage was much better quality and on YouTube it's loses some of that even on 1080P. I have seen this diffuser and can only admire the design. The enclosed pockets allow the bottom wishbones to have sufficient travel in droop to enable it to be fitted to Westfields with standard ride height, and fully enclosing the rear underside. Very nice!
