  3. Sorry to hear about your car Dave. At least it happened close to home. Was a cracking run out, and fair play to the guys from Sheffield and Retford making the journey over. Oh and Tricky mine wasn't yellow, well not all of it Just reviewing the footage from the GoPro - particularly the 3 abreast traffic light grand prix and the scouser with no teeth who took a shine to Wile E Coyote! And that Honda Westy at the track was quite simply epic. Few screen grabs from the camera Wile E Coyote's mate from Macro Music Entry to the Birkenhead Tunnel And the pesky police Galaxy that pulled out right in front of us Parked up at Aintree

  5. Trust me, would have far rather been there! Pulled into the Shell garage in Congleton about 8.20 am, total electrical failure when I came to restart, finally admitted defeat about 8.45 and rang Chris. By 10.45 I'd found the issue an rigged up a temporary fix. (Having walked up to Halfords and bought some spare battery leads and stuff). Not where I wanted to spend a few hours on a Saturday morning! But thank goodness it did it on the petrol station forecourt. Can you imagine if I'd suddenly lost all electrical power halfway through the tunnel!

  6. Gents, It will not have escaped the notice of many of you that the tone of some posts we have all seen on the boardroom in the very recent past has been substanially below the standards of what we call "the friendly club". Until then, it had been quite peaceful indeed, but whether it's spring fever or cabin fever, some of it has been out of order to say the least, which has caught the full attention of the Moderation Team, who frankly have better things to do and also have a life. This is not a lecture but it is a sincere request - please think carefully and be respectful when posting. If something you read upsets you, don't respond and make it worse, walk away. My MemSec role is busy enough without dealing with members threatening not to renew or not join at all due to an unfriendly, argumentative and confrontational atmosphere in here. My PM inbox is bulging with upset members. We can do better, and without having to punish guilty members. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding - have a great weekend.
