Thanks to Dave for organising this meeting and Julian and Simon for attending. Julian and Simon gave a surprisingly open and frank discussion about Westfield sportscars and its future directions. I am now confident the company is in good hands They were keen to open the forum to solicit our input and Julian was even taking some notes . NB. I found the details and development background of the new Honda powered S2000 and the iRacer very interesting

The comments on the Chanel 5 website on the programme are pretty damning. Some like it, but I guess these are the sort who see it as just entertainment with no other value or purpose - bit like Top Gear. 60 minute Makeover, joined up with Scrap Heap Challenge presented by Phil Mitchell = Classic Car Rescue Serious car restorers can only weep.

Hi guys As said above we had Julian along to our meeting last night, and I have to say it was very good experience, lots of questions both ways, and a very enjoyable evening, learnt a lot about Westfield and what they are up to with development. It wasn't a sales pitch to by there new S2000 model, but if I had the money I would !!!!. As I said to Julian, it's not very often you can have a chat and a pint with the MD of a car manufactuer. Look forward to doing it again soon... Ps who do I have to speak to, to chat about some of the issues that were brought up on both sides ??
