cant say ive had too bad an experience on that front tbh. but ive not had to claim from them. other correspondance was ok but they did alot of it (renewal etc) via email which suits me. Cancelling was straight forward as it was renewal time. mid term their charges are alot. In the end A plan got me a better deal this year that fits in with me trying to sell the westy so i wont need it too much. Flux was ok on this front. Franck pickles was a good renewal quote if i wasnt selling so thimbs up to them too.

Another thumbs up for a-plan from me. Claire and Chris could not have been more helpful. Mark
