Capt'n I've never moderated but have run companies with up to 360 staff. If you talk to people and keep them informed and are seen to be fair and even handed then you shouldn't have a problem. However, by not talking to people, not keeping them informed and be blatantly unfair, you will have problems and a lot of time spent sorting it out.1 point

I think quite often a PM saying "be nice fella" would go a long way and sort out most issues before they exploded keep up the good work1 point

Thank you Terry. Let me make it clear I am in no way having a go at the SSOT of volunteers. I know or have met most, and have the greatest respect for their integrity and the good work they have done and what they are still trying to achieve. I just genuinely believe that this tunnel route on target times is going to destroy the SS championship.1 point
