AidanPlace Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 does the vent thing actually work? i hate the extractor buzz too but needs must when youve laid one down in the loo. which reminds me....................................................................... "Go and have a look at the size of the **** I've just done , I said to my wife. "No thanks," she replied. "Please, just one quick look," I said, "You won't believe it." She pinched her nose, ran in, looked down the toilet, then ran out and said, "There's nothing down there, you must've flushed it." I said,...... "It's on the scales." Quote
Mark (smokey mow) Posted November 20, 2012 Author Posted November 20, 2012 does the vent thing actually work? i hate the extractor buzz too but needs must when youve laid one down in the loo. yes, they do work. It just has to be remembered however that they work constantly rather than intermittantly so you don't have the same ability to purge odur with urgency in the same way as with mechanical extract. But throughout the day they will give a greater number of air changes within the room. Quote

Mark (smokey mow) Posted November 20, 2012 Author Posted November 20, 2012 Ah - but was the rebuild thread up to date Yes pretty much, although I never got a chance to take the last photos before the build stopped.Basically the only progress was that I started installing and customising the wiring loom, I'll update the build thread soon and take some pictures of it (it's pretty boring though), but the engine loom is nearly completed and I'd made a start on the ignition side of things. The only other change is that I had to pinch the engine out of it to lend to Westfield to look at out sumps so I have an empty engine bay at the moment. Quote
