Mark Stanton Posted December 4, 2002 Posted December 4, 2002 Could be worth a look at - 4 December - Channel 4 at 21.00 - Faking It is trying to train an F1 driver You might just see a Westfield being used in some scenes Quote
samcooke Posted December 4, 2002 Posted December 4, 2002 Faking It is trying to train an F1 driver FPA isn't it? Quote
RICHARD+PHILIP Posted December 4, 2002 Posted December 4, 2002 ah Ha Talking about F1 driving and bringing in a witty link to faking it. Has anybody seen latest copy of Exchange and Mart looking for a F1 Star well that's going to be me! (there is also adverts for it on Channel 5 But nobody watches that! well except late at night!!! I have just been told that I am into the final 1000 contestants. All I have to get through is the fitness session in February then they start to let me loose with cars (being the finest driver ever I'll walk it and become a rich multi millionare) (but still have a westfield) Apparently it's being filmed at every stage so If I get an Interview (which of course I will) I'll try to mention the club as much as possible! Right that's enough of an ego boost I'll keep you all informed of progress! Quote
Mark Stanton Posted December 4, 2002 Author Posted December 4, 2002 Well come on then Bros - which one of you is it - Richard or Philip Sorry Richard, couldn't help it Good Luck, see ya on TV Quote

Nick Algar - Competition Secretary Posted December 4, 2002 Posted December 4, 2002 Would have been good if the guy had not been such a Wa**er. Shame 4 weeks went to waste. Nick Quote
DavidC Posted December 4, 2002 Posted December 4, 2002 What a stupid little f****r. How many of us here want to strangle him right here, right now???!!!! What an absolute ******, I hope he gets so much grief for that. DC Quote
peterrosey Posted December 4, 2002 Posted December 4, 2002 Wins my vote for Biggest ****** on TV 2002... And to think that he got to 'drive' that yellow Westie as well - sacrilege! Quote
Mark Stanton Posted December 4, 2002 Author Posted December 4, 2002 I gotta agree with the comments of Mr Bennett (good accent) - what a nunney There must have been so many clubman drivers that would have given their right arm for the chance of four weeks spent on track with those guys - You could have learnt soooooooooooo much Sad git playing computer games all day allegedly Hey where's me soapbox gone Quote
Ian Podmore Posted December 4, 2002 Posted December 4, 2002 What can we say? Waste of four weeks Thank goodness an F1 car was knowwhere near that idiot. He couldn't even stay on the black in a bl**** Seat! So Mr Schumacher is the best current F1 driver because of his consistancy! What temperature do you bake your tyres at? or do you microwave them? Glad the editor did that idiot the justice he so obviously deserved. AAAAArrrrrrrrrrgggggggghhhhhhhh How many other people would have made a proper effort at that? Where did they find him Oh yes, 1 in a million Quote
