Tigger
Hi StanS, You can create a code whether your logged in or not, however in order to get the code to work, you will have to login as yourself using your old Username and password from the Boardroom. Hope that helps? If you continue to have problems, can you raise a support ticket please Tiggs

Lurksalot
I am not sure how this payment works , Have I agreed to a subscription arrangement that automatically gets paid every January or is it a case of doing a payment exercise next year again . the receipt seems to suggest that I have paid a top up up until Jan 2013 and also agreed to pay 2013 subs when due which Paypal will pay without further authorisation . Is that right

Is that right Hi Lurksalot, Yes this is correct but if you want to cancel the subscription, you can go into Paypal and cancel it yourself. You will then be reliant on the reminder system to prompt you to pay again (should you wish to). Tiggs
Lurksalot
Cheers Tigger I thought that was the case , but I am sure that the sign up screen didn't really make that clear, eg does this go on ad infinitum until you opt out No great shakes really, but I would have expected it to be a little more obvious that I was making a long term commitment with the option to cancel, rather the than a one off purchase that I would expect to repeat next year IYSWIM All looks good anyway , well done to all except that the tongue pulling emoticon seems to have gone gay

Fair point about the paypal thing, I may add something to that effect on the form or on the membership forum so thanks for that. Tigger
If your uploading an image from your PC, then it needs to be around 35 kilobytes and square. I have just successfully done 3 images which were all 300px x 300px in size and they worked fine. If you're still stuck, send me the images and I will edit them for you.
