Tom Frankland (T3OMF)
Anyone any idea of likely cost? Sorry, no idea now - things may have changed, but I doubt it... I got a quote at the begining of this year when I started, they quoted me for 1 day track day would cost 10% of the cars insured value........ Fordboi
Hi all Where is the best place to buy a helmet for this event? I don't plan on doing that many trackdays so I dont really have any need for anything too expensive. Thanks
Crazy Eddie
If you want one for future compertition Demon Tweks have a good selection. If you are not going to do anything like that then a cheap motorcycle helmet will be fine for the occational track day Tin Tops allowed to this yet? Time is running out to book the day off work! Fordboi
Has anyone seen the weather forecast yet for this event? Looks like waterproofs are going to be advisable! Its going to be a mix of cloud with short showers in between from the looks of things.

So what pressure do you recommend for a wet track if using Toyo Proxes? Used to whack up the karting wets to 45psi, so I was wondering if this would work with the Westy

Buzz Billsberry
What time do we need to be there on Friday for the briefing etc? Cheers Kevin Kev as Barney says but try and get there earlier then yoiu can get the car off the trailer and have it ready before your group goes out or if your driving to the event it will then give you time to do a spanner check set the suspension and top the fuel up etc at least then you can relax until your session is called. See you down there... Apparenty Barney is buying the sausage butties! Buzz
