Mine is a tad more modest... - Mk 2 Fiesta - sold to make way for the MG - MGB GT - sold before it dissolved into rust - MG Metro - sold because, well, it was a ****box !! - Rover 220 GTi - sold to help pay for the Westfield - Westfield - still got that one ! - Fiat Cinquecento Sporting - sold because it was too small for a growing family - ****roen ZzzzzX TDi - sold when we moved to the US - Pontiac Vibe - still got. Went really well. Wanted a motorbike, but daren't coz I was a mod. Lambretta GP150. Shed!! 1960 Morris Minor. 260 JWL First car. Rusty spring hangers. Had a ball in this for a year or so. Minivan. Specced up to look like a rally car, with spots dashboard etc. Had more accidents than a few, but non serious. I must have looked a right prat!! Mini 1100. Great car, went like stink. Wrote it off in a head on collision after 2 days. First fully comp cover...lucky b*******d! Triumph Herald. Rolled it, wrote it off, ruptured spleen, nearly died. All my own stupid boy racer fault. Hillman Minx. F**k knows why I bought this, maybe sensibility from before. Gt Cortina Mk 1. First car with a bit of umph. Chassis rotten, blew the engine up. Austin 1300 GT. Very nice car. Rotten wings, gearbox selector went. Minivan. Red, 850, nearly new. 40 mpg....wow! Austin 1800 auto. Bought off Dad, who bought off Granpa. Gearbox went, & I repaired it..dead chuffed. Then it went again. Fortunately I had sold it. Austin Cambridge. £50 with 6 mnths MOT. Rotten, but dead comfy bench seat. Could bump start in 10 feet on the drive. Mini 1275 GT. Disappointingly slow and thirsty. Rusty. Triumph Herald 1360 convertable. Wish I'd still got it, better than the stock market. Honda CB 250. Pile of junk. Minis would pass me uphill. MG Midget. I'm 6ft 2". say no more. MGB GT. Rebuilt this car. I loved it to bits. Renault 14 Turbo. Cheap quick car. Heater useless, tyres cost the earth. Horrible metallic blue. Honda CX500 Custom. Poor mans Harley. No street cred!! Yamaha FJ1100. First big bike. s**t mesen rigid. VW Golf. Pile of s**t bought from an auction. Ford Escort 1.3. See Polo later! Honda CBR1000 FK. Fast, reliable sports tourer 160 on the clock. MG Montego Turbo. 0-60 in 7 secs. Nowt to touch in at the time. Appalling torque steer, still a Montego............ Honda CBR1000 FL. Same as FK. Toyota Supra 3 litre. 2nd best car I have ever owned. Toyota MR2 mk1. Great fun. Unbreakable. Volvo 850 Estate. Great long distance utility vehicle....boring! Citroen 2CV. Rotten as a pear. VW Polo. What can I say....VW Polo! Subaru Impreza 4WD Turbo 5 door. Rapid, on rails. Toyota Supra Twin Turbo. The best car I have ever owned, nedds no more detail. Yamaha Golf Buggy (current) Got me down to an 18 hcp on the course next to my house, 3 years ago every morning. Now used to tow Trailer/Westy around the drive. Smart car (current) Funky, A/C, EW, CD, ABS, TC, 6sp tiptronic, 90mph, 60mpg 5 grand awesome. Westfield SEiW Zetec "R" (current) Never had so much fun with my trousers on! Autotrail Mohican (current) Couldn't do the Speed Series without it. PRG Traksporter (current) We got ourselves a convoy!! Mercedes CD270 (current) Practical, comfortable, childseat (Grandaughter) There's been some money spent & wasted on that lot. Neo, I think it's me or you. My dad had one, but unfortunaltey it's just been written off by some old codger pulling out of a side road straight into it. Ohh, during the course of the accident he knocked a speed camera sign down, and here's a delious piece of ironiy, he was doing 50 when he was hit, in a 60 limit, if he'd been doing 80 he'd have been long gone by the time the old sod pulled out... Ok, I won't mention your Panda collection.... oh damn I just did Right here's my list: 1989 Ford Escort 1.4L - A really average car, but a good starter for 10 1990 Rover 416GTi - Stop laughing at the back, it had the 1600cc Honda motor and it went like stink, I used to have all sorts of fun blowing away max power types in a Rover with alloys, the only problem was it suffered from vicous lift off oversteer, just ask the armco... 1997 Astra 2.0 16V Sport - errr, best leave that alone... got written off by a fiat uno (long story) best thing that ever happened to it... 2000 Honda Civic 1.8VTi - Like the Rover, another wolf in sheeps clothing, but a 170bhp wolf this time...
