My 1st car - 1964 Hillman Imp with optional heater but no fan! fantastic engine that would rev to about 10k if only it had a tacho fitted! shame the transaxle kept breaking.. 2nd car - 1967 Cortina 1600, engine blew up in Redhill one evening (best thing that happened with it actually) 3rd car - 1973 Vx Viva 2300 (before they called them Magnums) the poor man's RS2000 Escort and IMHO it went better always remember getting it sideways 5 up all the way around the roundabout just before Chelsea Bridge on 'cruise' night back in 1977/8ish.... ah memories Quote
