Hello everyone .

i m NIkos from Athens Greece. i bought a westfield from toybox and a tranporter move it to bristol to take the ship to come in greece .

the problem is that in bristol port cant turn it on . its 1700 crossflow carbs . maybe they have not turn on the fuel pump . or they flow it with fuel .

is any chance to be someone close and take a look ?monday has the car to load it in the ship and the only way its to start up .

thanks for all the help

There might well be either a:

FIA battery switch (big red key); or

A fuel pump kill switch / anti-theft device;, or

An inertial switch that got tripped by bouncing or shaking during transport - this cuts power to the fuel pump

Does the engine crank over?

Have you called Toybox?  They might know something.

yes speak with toybox they told me that maybe its the fuel pump switch or maybe some damp in distributor cap that need a wipe .

Have you spoken with the transporter ?

Did he have any problems starting or is there any special tricks to getting it started ?

nothing special just to find the fuel pump switch

or to start it like carburetors cars

press the accelerator a few times with choke out, this squirts fuel in to the engine

and then start up

Have you made any progress.

Simple check of ignition required to see if you are getting a spark at the plugs. Is fuel pump running ?
