KugaWestie
My first curved tunnel top didn’t do it for me, I wanted more curve. So I spent some time curving the mould a lot more, and then laid up Mark 2 Once this has cured I trimmed the panel and cut a gear-lever hole out and then offered it into the car
KugaWestie
The next step was to make a panel to close off the front section of the tunnel. Hardboard and cardboard template started I then spent some time working on making the shape of the mould nicer so it will be easier to trim once finished. Once happy, I laid up some grp on it
KugaWestie
I struck the mould off, trimmed the panel and then offered it into the car along with the curved panel I then offered the dash back into position. I now need to work on the bottom of the dash to close the bottom corners neatly onto the tunnel top. I am pleased with how it is coming together though. Dave Eastwood (Gadgetman) - Club Chairman
That’s coming together really well, I wondered how you’d done the forward tunnel cover section.

KugaWestie
Today I moved the Cobra into the front garage, which meant it had to be driven for the first time. SOUND ON WHEN VIEWING 😊

KugaWestie
Part of the reason for moving things around in garages was to put the Cobra on top of this.
