I think Scott's developed a rather unhealthy obsession with he lady! Next thing we know, he's going to be discovered on a roof top opposite no 10 with a pair of high powered binoculars and a camera.

 

I can see it now as SCO19 haul him off, while protests of "but, I just wanted to see what bin she matched" fall on balaclava clad, deaf ears...
