So... rain? Bring it on! Chris where have you order your Wheels & tyres from? Quote

Andy (Sycho) Posted July 27, 2020 Posted July 27, 2020 I looked at those as they are road legal but they seemed a bit pricey, may go for A021. Quote

I’m getting a used set (actually used by me) but they have plenty of life in them. Felt very good to my meagre ability and allowed me to actually enjoy a wet Cadwell. I’d have gone for A021 if I hadn’t managed to get these. Quote
Two7 Posted July 28, 2020 Posted July 28, 2020 I got a track day at castle coombe last Friday for my birthday present. Very well organised, did everything on line and they check you in remotely at the gate. Cafe was open for take away but no undercover seating, so thankful only very light rain. A good mix of usual suspects from Caterham 320's to Honda Civic's no Westies ( I was in the Caterham 160) however there were some Volvo Amazons which looked rather strange on the track. No in car tutoring, but organisers were happy to give guidance by shouting at you in the paddock. Wish I had listened as I managed a 360 spin at Quarry, if you want to have a laugh follow the you tube link. I apologise for the brown trouser expletive post spin, yes that was an F type behind me when i did the 360, bet he sweated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zNhSwr3TNw Quote

I've walked all the way round the outside when a pal was racing there, and then had to tow his car back when he was incapacitated in a first lap shunt.. so I know it's a long long way from me. Will have to get down there though, if things ever get back to more of a normal then we're at now. Quote
