SOLD OUT - Reserve places left only

We the WSCC Cotswolds have booked our very own private track day at Llandow.

This is a great opportunity to be on track with everyone we know and people we can trust.
This is also a very good track on which to lose your track day cherry, as well as for the experience track day people.

HOW THE DAY WILL BE RUN
We will have 3 groups to start the day, beginner, intermediate and an advance group for 15-20 min sessions for 1 or 2 rounds. This is so that people can find their feet and get to know the track again or for the first time. Then it will be an open pit lane with loads of track time due to the limited number of cars!!!

LIMITED NUMBERS TO JUST 25 CARS!!!

COST AND TIMINGS
£90 - Single Driver (1 car)
£25 - Extra Driver
Saturday 17th August 2019
Gates open and sign on at 08:00
Briefing 08:30 ish
Cars on track 09:30 ish (or when Jon stops talking)

Is there camping at the circuit Tom?

We're camping in the Friday and Saturday night at the campsite located at the end of the track.

Tom, I'm just looking into the logistics of this as I've only just seen it. I'd love to join you all but would be driving from Leicester and unless I can magic up a trailer (and a towbar) I need to look into how I'd get home if something goes pop on the westy.

Breakdown cover?

I drive mine to and from tracks I believe most will cover pick up for breakdown. (Not crash damage).

TOM

PM Incoming, want to come again this year will pay on payday (18th)

I used to drive to and from also, breakdown cover saved me when I was spectating at Silverstone during a trackday and my gearbox randomly broke in the car park.

Also just as I was passing the entrance to Cadwell Park I hit a really really big pot hole and broke my steering rack.

Yeah will camp the Friday as it's a real long day otherwise.

Do you just book it with the llandow campsite say the  Westfield club or something?

@Ruttager agreed useful to have ...I have been covered  by 'Rescue My Car' which has worked really well  and ive used them 3 times so far this year 9 months. Cost £42

1- Flat battery and not charging - Oxford to Bristol

2-Fuel pump not working/Car not starting - Castle Coombe  to Bristol

3-Engine cut out on M% heading to stoneligh - Tewkesbury to Bristol

What most of these state is that you cannpt do a repeat call for the same fault unless it has been fixed by a garage...although mine was happy that I'd bought the new parts etc.

Also WESTFIELD does not come up on their system so I used C.....m!

Just say "Cotswold Westfield Club" when booking it.  That should be enough, if it not let me know :)

Sorry Tom, just realised I haven’t paid you yet! Will sort that this weekend.
