Day 9 saw 140 miles plus 2 trains and we did another 2 passes , we also took the cable car and chair lift to the top of the letsch glacier at 7311 feet

Myself and Gary have been climbing for two hours.

 

Very steep and hot.

 

Now at 6047 feet and still climbing.

@Ali and Gail the only thing better than cake is cake at 10 000 feet. Everyone should go to Switzerland, we were last there 9 years ago, before the Westfield arrived and I had long hair then too. I will be 50 in 2 years and Glen officially retires in 2 years so we will be celebrating with a trip to Grindlewald, we are saving up already. We are looking at your pictures and absolutely loving them :love: Have a great time and be careful.
