Kingster Posted March 27, 2018 Posted March 27, 2018 Standard Zetec internals should be good for 230 bhp with ARP rod bolts (allegedly!). So moderate boost will see that easily enough. Any more than 240 bhp would probably need better internals though from what I have read. Quote
