Agree totally. My Elise was crashy and choppy and not inspiring to drive, whereas the Westie is really compliant and 'plush' 1 Quote
B.RAD Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 Ok, that's fine. Was just trying to point out a different opinion, but if your way is the only way, go for it pal. Quote

Haha chill Barny As your experience shows, no real benefit in terms of performance going widetrack but for road use I think it’s is great. As for plush, my standard track was nicer than an Elise too! B.RAD Posted February 27, 2018 Posted February 27, 2018 You know me mate, always plush. No issue here, just useful to recognise the difference between advice and opinion. Quote
DonPeffers Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 Does anyone have data regarding turning circle with and without widetrack? Quote

Chris Brading Posted February 28, 2018 Posted February 28, 2018 I also went for the MSA roll bar and feel safer already even though my car is not built yet. I also went for the limited slip diff option as this would be very difficult to change later. I don't know how much room you have but there is the option that I have taken of leaving the body, dash and seats at the factory. Are you getting panels, brake &fuel lines and wiring loom fitted? I went for this option as it seemed good value. Quote
