Any clues on what it might cost per person etc?

we are just forming it as an idea expect around £120 for the day and £38 for the evening but please don't hold me to that.

as we are working out the total cost of the event and we are making a costing calculator so as the financial people say "prices may go up or down". the more we have the cheaper the event will be which is the reason for asking the question.

think we are looking for 70 cars and 80 diners

cheers

I wonder if offering a more tiered ticketing would help numbers and overall take

e.g entry including camping and souvenier T shirt (or equivalent) £30

'Shed' space £10

Passenger pass £10

5 runs up the hill £40

10 runs £70

unlimited £100

this is all being formed,  I knew a price it would raise a million questions...

but we are working this out behind the scenes

What a venue...........

This year was my first year in the Speed Series and I started off trying to do as many different venues as possible.  If you have never been here all I can say it is a must do venue, the history of the place is just something else.  It is a great set up with the garages in the paddock and having the chance to drive on this hill makes will make you feel very privileged.  It will be a cracking day - see you there!

Well Done Graham, John and Team

I'm interested and could offer some experiences from the old Harewood event (Yorkshire Experience) if that's any help.
