Its for the friday for me chris. Going to visit the sister rather than the gf meal as she only lives 10 mins from blyton. So it was for a rough time to be back by to get back in with the car

Panda,

Is it ok if I come and sign in with my daily car then bring my Westie down later in the day, I've got a few jobs to do in the morning now?

John Williams is at Blyton now s may not have email etc

What you suggest sounds ok to me

Yup, an enjoyable day, thanks to all the organising team.

Unfortunately for me my car suffered from the intermittent  miss fire yet again. :( I still managed a few good sessions though, and will get some video of the days happenings at some point.

My brother-in-law and I had an enjoyable morning session especially him managing to spin right in front of me - IN MY CAR!

Due to an oil leak I pulled the afternoon session, after getting home i identified the oil as gearbox, although at Blyton it looked like engine oil, so it looks like the slight weep past the input shaft seal has become a bit more serious especially when the box is hot.

So to sum up, a fantastic morning of being a mobile chicane, but an early bath!

@John Williams - WSCC Competition Secretary Many thanks :d

That's odd as I had the same issue identified when I got clutch slip, then noticed oil under the car on a very hot gearbox, needs some more investigation.

Other than that the day was good and many thanks to AdamR in helping my driving

Oh the other problem I need to fix is to stop the boost pipe from blowing off really annoying when you've just over took then immediately having to pull over due to power loss, sorry to those I did it on

It was a great day thoroughly enjoyed it preferred the outer circuit to the eastern circuit.  I did around a 100 miles. And still couldn't get the first corner right. I also managed to aquire a dick spanner racing t-shirt so it was all good

Couple of videos from me:

An early session on the Eastern circuit.. including many adjustments to my glasses that didn't appear to want to stay in front of my eyes! :( Also, I nearly went off into the bales after the orange car let me past.. must have spent a few milliseconds too long on the thank you wave.

Second one from the afternoon on the Outer circuit. Some good fun up to the red flag.

Another cracking Blyton weekend! Apart from the fuel spillages getting me black flagged, I suffered from fuel starvation after any long left handers (not helped by it pouring out I guess!) so next task is to fit a swirl pot. I may have mentioned this fact once or twice to those who would listen while sharing beers later

Apologies for heading off early but just had to go home to meet my brand new Grandson :d

Yes as you can see from Andrew's pic it was peeing out! Very odd as it didn't happen all the time (I assume this otherwise I'd have never done more than one lap!)
