I never thought I would stoop so low, but right now I am wishing Prius ownership on the lot of you...

I believe it was a typographical error not a speeling mishtake.

Some of you ageists should have spent more time at school leaning to spell !

Not everyone who owns a Westfield is in the first flush of youth so don't get folk (not foke) started on the younger generation.

They just behave like they are (and I count myself as an older un) :)

But being older tends to mean you have the cash to indulge in hobbies.

At least I'm not spending all my money on guitars and Boxsters... (he knows who he is)

no they accumulate it over 30yrs of chemistry and physics and then pass it off as cutting edge. then they cry and moan when it goes in a skip or you find out you have something akin tnt in volumes that will require the bomb squad to remove and may well close the midland main line if it were to catch fire!

Just to confirm: life (as a baby boomer) is fantastic....

I'll second that.      The bus pass comes in handy, free transport to & from my favourite Pub on the HMRC and the Winter Fuel Payment pays for my first trackday of the year.   It can't get any better.

Get in the sack...

Sack...

The annoying thing is, my dad gives me petrol money from his left over winter fuel allowance when I visit him.

And to my shame, I take it

"Do the old people in your life buy junk..?"

Just bought some cheap rose joints for something not suspension related and they are carp - more slop in them than a jam tart at a vicars tea party (will that get through the rudeness checker?)

Bought some decent ones now - so do old people buy junk? - yes, I did - but they'll come in handy for holding up the washing line (honest luv )

I have had a bus pass for 14 years and never used it as it is possible to travel to several towns but not return the same day!!!!!

What I have just realised is I get a free TV licence next year, now that is a worthwhile benefit.
