CURRY, SHRIMP & MANGO

Shrimps, mango, sweet potatoes, tomato, garlic, ginger, Caribbean spices, green seasoning, sweet onion chutney

TRINIDAD CURRY CHICKEN

Sliced chicken breast, cooked in coconut milk with spices with mango, garlic & scotch bonnet. Topped with coconut

CARIBBEAN CURRY FISH

Snapper fillet cooked in a coconut curry sauce with garlic, ginger & scotch bonnet. Served with coconut shavings & sweet onion chutney

OUR CURRY GOAT

Marinated goat cooked in curry spices, scotch bonnet, sweet potatoes, citrus juice & ginger. Served with sweet onion chutney & Caribbean dumplings

After the karting, I have this horrible fear that I will spend the next two weeks finalising a date, venue and numbers, cough up the deposit they are likely to want for a booking in December, only to go down with scurvy, miss out and have you lot eat my jerk chicken
