This means everyone who has put themselves forward has a slot and there are enough of us to ensure no one is "over worked". Submission for volunteers is now closed. We will get the rota up in the Members Area in the next couple of days so you have an idea of when you will be needed and will be forwarding camper names and non Westfield car details to Grosvenor Shows to ensure you are able to camp and to come and go if you can't come in a Westfield. Please do let me know when you have arrived so we can confirm the rota and camping. Please do NOT pitch tent before doing this as we are working closely with Grosvenor Shows and Stoneleigh Park (who have been very accommodating to the WSCC) on this front. Is there somewhere safe I can leave it and then collect it at the end of the day. If there is do I have to have a baggage label type thing on it.
