Massive thanks to Keith for generously offering me a drive in his car for the timed runs on Sunday after a driveshaft broke at the top of Cedar straight. It sounded horrendous. Yet to discover the full extent of the damage. Unfortunately, live axle driveshafts are not as replaceable trackside as independents, so I was unable to effect a repair like Pete was despite the gallant offer from Graham to salvage one from his stricken car. Some good battles going on across all classes. Quote
