Wife calls it Brum after the kids TV show.

I've had a girl highlight this to me that they look similar (esp in yellow!)

I've had  it called, or called it "Westy", "Bumble Bee", "Deathtrap", "Yellow Peril" or "The Mid-Life Crisis" which at 27 probably means I'm going to have several so I correct them and say "The First Third-Life Crisis". Ironically thats not where my Username came from, but I'm glad it is being used on here.

Not very imaginative me..

Westy for the Westfield

Jed for the Jeep Grand Cherokee 'cos it's as American as Jed Bartlett

Iceman for the Alfa 166 'cos it's painted in pearlescent blue/green and I think it's a cool car in its way.

Blooming heck.

It's amazing the names they are given ant the reasons why.

I saw a car called Rolling Thunder the other week. It's name was on the side.

By the sound of it though I would have called it.... Wet Fart.

Mine is "Bill"  short for William Westfield, not my idea, the Mrs honest!  I don't particularly like the idea of sitting in Bill's cockpit, but hey ho, it's stuck now.

The Volvo is "Celia"  and the Scirocco "Roxy"

My bikes called "knobby" cos i look like a bit of a knob riding it.

The Striker is "Marmelade" (sic); oddly enough, it's orange.

The Westy (which came later) was "Tonic" (The New Car with some vowels chucked in)  --  wonderful things, grandchildren.

Daily drivers are: "the black car", "the red car", and "the Mini".

I tried to give mine a 'clever' name, but the only one that seems to stick naturally is "Mr Grumpy"

And yes, its interchangeable between me and the car..!
