One other issue I didn't really think of before was that I don't know if I will get it down my drive into my garage as it is quite steep and might ground out being so low ! Doh !

 

That's a problem with a simple solution. Move house.

I have a steep driveway access to my garage uphill and I get around it with an adaption (self made)  to reduce the peak gradient.

my issue is getting over the crown/hump to get onto the drive from the road and downwards towards the garage. the mazda could do it but it was tight! 

 

could look at some planks to lessen the angle as you say!
