Westfield parts again and again!

Kanban

LMFAO.  That wouldn't help.

Kanban is a technique used in a production environment to control the chain of logistics.

It certainly isn't an inventory control system.

I'm looking for a clutch cable for a Aerorace Zetec with type9 gearbox for left hand drive, I think it is WESTFIELD PART NO: 4926063  but they don't indicate the lenghth,
the complete cable is +- 169 - 170 cm (66,5 - 67 inch) but I can't find the Ford part, most are too short ...

If Westfield can no longer supply what you need, try speedy cables. They can make almost anything to your spec or using the original as a pattern.

edit: it’s unlikely to be a Ford part as the pedal box is of Westfield’s own design rather than from a donor vehicle.

I believe the cables were originally from one version or other of the Capri - but may be a modified design. However, Speedy Cables have been one of the old factories suppliers for these cables, for decades; so would just go straight to them.

Yep - but he needs LHD which will be a fair bit longer I reckon?

What's up with Westfields online shop? I can't seem to buy anything using paypal, so end up using google pay instead. But that skips the delivery cost, and so they expect me to collect the order.

It's happened twice now, the last time was months ago... I highlighted the issue, nobody seemed interested, and it still happens.

I tried contacted them through the link given in the sales email, but they've got that wrong too (typo in their own email address) 🤪

I'm sure it'll get fixed, but I'd have thought it'd be more of a polished process by now!
