He moved to a smaller house and the TV was so close that you had to keep moving your eyes to see all the picture. I couldn't watch it, it was really uncomfortable. I have a Philips 42" full HD. I don't bother with the HD channels as the SD seem to me to be as good. However I was brought up on a 9" 425 (or whatever it was) line TV with a magnifying screen stuck to the front.
