Now the Westies gone I've some stuff to sell, to help restore my bank balance.

* 5 speed type 9 gearbox -bought from a fellow member who'd upgraded his to a BGH as a "very good low mileage box" - believed excellent condtion, outside is very clean! but I've never fitted it ( i'd offer money back if its duff) £160 SOLD

* gear lever to suit above £15 -now £10 PROV SOLD (hope I can find it!!)

* 3.54:1 open English diff in excellent nick - the ideal ratio !!!!!!! - bought a few years back as a spare - £200, very nice set of teeth with no wear ridges, doesn't need rebuild IMO! SOLD

* English axle half shaft, bought as a spare s/hand from fellow member - £30 now £15!!!

* Red top engine 2.0 XE , bare but with with lighter type flywheel ( not fitted) and good starter motor. Took from a crashed Calibra by myself ( in the rain) , 100k miles - ran perfectly, nice and quiet, with good SH, bought as a "just in case". Kept in garage wrapped in cling film, oil down bores and turned occasionally so don't mess about just drop it in £300. (this the distributer model) - prov SOLD

* Red bonnet -suit hi line narrow car - this is almost mint, just a tiny chip and no scratches. Did have flange on the front , but I cut this off to suit the earlier type bonnet. £150. carb cutout on drivers side, small holes for fixing hinges. SOLD

* Brand new! !!! , never fitted, no holes ! swept wings, red, mint condition, straight from Chapmans pen, bargin £60.

All collect please. welcome to view, point fingers, make "oooh" and sucking in type noises noises, count the teeth on the diff, twirl the half shaft and make silly offers if you wish ( but I'll probably reject them).

First dibs to you lot, will Ebay in a week or so.

NW Leicestershire, call or msg on 07971 599529.

Paul.

As its been hanging on the wall for a couple of years, it has relaxed slightly ,but fits and will go back to shape if you leave it in the sun fitted ot the car.
