I have a carbon can, WF supplied one, how much would I need? I'm not going to Curb and I can't even drive till september (medical reasons) so not after any yet. Just want to know how much I'd need and if it would make much of a difference.

I went Ali to CF and there's one hell of a difference when I'm doing 65-70 for 4 hours straight!
