The wide body short screen kit is now in full production. The uprights are printing consistently in PACF25 and the screen blanks are easily output on our manufacturing partners CNC. 5 of the 6 screen styles that are now available starting from the top of the below picture: Wide body small with mirror cutout Wide body medium with mirror cutout Wide body large with mirror cutout Wide body medium full screen Wide body large full screen We will be moving on to doing the narrow body soon. We already have a very clean template that a diligent future custom has sent so it will only be a few more weeks until the narrow body styles arrive. Our wide body screen kit can be purchased online with the usual MoFast delivery methods now covering a large part of Europe. The uprights look so nice and I am so pleased with the effort that our new 3D manufacturing partner has but into these. At MoFast it’s not just the Big Bang parts that matter it’s also the small details. That’s why all our screen kits will come with black stainless screws, the correct stainless flanged nuts and fix washers

Oh dear we might just have started doing parts for the MK Indy. I know this isn’t for Westfield but this is a demonstration of how quick we can create from scratch. The first test template was with the Parrott Bros hours after receiving a template, and the final product was with them within 5 days. https://mofast.co.uk/products/mk-indy-bonnet-grille.html

April 2022 Well what a busy month April was. With Stoneleigh on the calendar and various on goings at MoFast HQ (Kitchen Table) their was serious pressure to get our products ready on the MoFast mule and also make sure we had given enough attention the short screen prototype that we ran on the car for the trip to and from the show. For those that mentioned the 6mm thickness of the screen blade we ran at Stoneleigh, we reflected on our decision to run a 6mm blade and whilst it was perfectly fine in application we though it would be worthwhile adding 2mm extra to make the screens 8mm thick. Whilst at this time we have 6 options of screen heights and styles to pick from in clear we will in due coarse be adding different colours to the range. So it would be great to get some suggestions. The thickness change meant that we also had to increase the slot gap in the uprights but this was a simple change due to the whole assembly being stored in our CAD system. The uprights that we ran at Stoneleigh where printed using simple PETG and as such where suitable for the MoFast mule as a demonstration but we have now moved to printing the production run in PACF25. Anyone who has tried to print in this material will tell you it needs real care and attention when handling a printing so we are absolutely delighted with the quality of output that our manufacturing partner has managed to achieve. During April we also added more grille patterns to our range of V8 grille packs. So customers can choose between 120 degree diamond, hexagon or stretched Audi style hexagon The plan for May 2022 Into May we will be focused on short screen production in particular replicating what we have done for the wide body cars and applying that to the narrow body cars. We are still looking for a nearby and willing participant to allow us to test fit on a narrow bodied car. So if you want to be part of our Beta testing and grab some MoFast discount for contributing then please send us a message. We are also heading deep into the MoFast Zetec Big Build through this month so expect some detailed videos on what's happening in that area with regular updates from Adrian at Impulse Developments. This has also meant that a flow bench design from years ago has been resurrected. We want our own calibrated flow bench so that we can validate improvements and make clear comparisons on flow strategy. Working with Impulse will allow us to keep a reasonable stock of different stage Zetec heads ready to go.
