Well done fellas. This forum is the best money I've spent on my car.

I have a tear in my eye as I write this, and also a broken gearbox that needs fixing!

So anyone want to do it for me, I mean help. I am poor and my legs hurt and its cold and.......LOL

Don't use the credit card mate, pay cash and withdraw small amounts often.

Her in doors went potty when she saw my cc statement showing £1800 for an arrow exhaust system from b&c.

She wouldn't accept it was good value even tho hours ensued persuading her it was a work of art in titanium and carbon fibre.

Chocolate, wine and flowers help tho, maybe it was the wine that did the trick eh.

Wayne,

So... What have you decided and how is it going?

If you decided to stick your fingers up to everyone here and sell it... Good bye!

However... I am expecting you decided to except the support offered and will be on the road again soon. It looks great, would look better in yellow, but it's a nice car and you'll have a horrible empty space if you didn't return it to the road.

Just put the parts through my business

It is advertising after all :-)

The new chassis was the hardest part to sneak in the garage

A few bottles is wine helped there

guest - it's in hand mate and Wayne is just weighing up the options,  It's a massive round trip for me of nearly 400 miles so if anyone else could get it to N'pton that would help Wayne out no end - or Oxford/MK....Anyone?

TFweb - hey mate, would it work if we did a relay? I have secure storage at Junction 15 M1 area.  I could then do N'pton to Cheshire and bring any of SteveD's "pile em high" sale items back down south???

James,

Relay...

I think you have a solution there! Get WSCC members in extended line and do a relay race. Each member pushes it to the next.

Problem solved.

Chaps, I'm definetly going get it fixed, I've just got a pretty good quote off Shipley, thanks for all your offers and help so far I might be taking you up on them if it all falls through! I would love to be able offer you help in return but being in the army my expertise lies in heavy artillery!

Excellent! The heavy artillery would come in handy at the club's AGM in May...
