Norman Verona
good people dont stay out of work for very long How very, very true. We can't find any, good or bad! I always notice that people who have worked for a long time and then move on find a whole new world which is much better. Good luck for the future. KugaWestie
Norman I was amazed really. We are in the middle of a savage recession, and I had 7 potential jobs on the go before I started withdrawing myself from some of them. I was not expecting that at all at a fairly senior level to be honest. Just goes to show there are jobs out there!
Norman Verona
That's the problem. The jobs are there, but the right people aren't. As Jeff said, it's the policy of sending 50% to Uni that's at the root of the problem. It's difficult sorting wheat from chaff.
