I think its legit. As others have said, probably used to make moulds and they just need the approx dimensions....there's a lot easier scams out there than buying parts from obscure car club websites and asking them to cut the stuff up - its too mental to be fake!

I can update you , Victor is now looking for a scuttle to match and can't wait for the other parts to be delivered to be fitted to his car , the have two locosts that they race !
